You may have a sense of why, or you may not, but either way it can feel hard to understand how to move forward or create change. This often affects your relationships, including intimacy and sexuality, where difficulties can feel confusing or isolating.

Individual therapy offers a space to pause and listen more closely to what is happening within you. Together, we explore the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that shape how you relate to yourself and others.

This may include exploring the impact of past experiences, including trauma, and how shame, fear, or internal expectations continue to shape your life.

Through conversation, and at times practical exercises, we work with thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and the sensations that accompany them, allowing what has been held in tension or pushed aside to gradually come into awareness.

In this way, you are supported to create the conditions for something within you to reorganise and find its own clarity.

Couples Therapy

Relationships can become places where communication breaks down, misunderstandings repeat, and distance or tension begins to grow. At times, it may feel difficult to speak openly, feel heard, or understand what is happening between you, including in your emotional and sexual connection.

Couples therapy offers a space where each of you can be heard and met. Together, we explore the patterns and dynamics shaping your relationship, making space for more honest communication about expectations, needs, and desires.

Through conversation, and at times structured exercises, we work with what is happening between you. Rather than trying to force the relationship into a particular shape, we focus on understanding yourselves in relationship, individually and together.

As this understanding deepens, it becomes possible to communicate more openly, repair and reconnect, and find new ways of relating that feel more authentic and supportive. This may lead to strengthening the relationship or reshaping it in a way that feels more aligned for both of you.

In this way, the relationship itself becomes a shared space you both learn to care for, tending to it over time with attention, honesty, and patience.
