A space to explore, heal, and grow at your own pace.

Couples Therapy
Support for intimacy, connection, and navigation through difficulty.

Hi, I’m David
I am a psychosexual, trauma and relationship therapist working online with individuals and couples across the UK and internationally.
I offer a calm, attentive and grounded space where these experiences can be spoken about, felt, understood and worked with carefully. My approach is warm and non-judgemental, but also active and honest. I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, offer reflection and structure, and pay attention to what happens in the body, emotions and patterns of relating.
The work is not about forcing change or analysing everything from a distance. It is about creating enough safety, clarity and depth for you to understand yourself more fully, develop self-trust, and begin to relate to yourself and others with more honesty, care and freedom.
People often come to me with experiences that feel private, painful, confusing or difficult to put into words. This may involve sexuality, intimacy, relationships, the body, shame, desire, trauma, or a sense of being disconnected from themselves.

Over the past 16 years, I have supported people through one-to-one therapy, couples work, group facilitation and workshops. Before becoming a therapist, I worked for many years in social care, supporting vulnerable adults, families and professionals.
That experience continues to shape the way I practice: with steadiness, humanity, respect for complexity and attention to the whole person.
Training Background
I hold postgraduate diplomas in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy, Conflict Resolution, and Process Group Work. I also have an MA in Social Work, a BA in Political Science, and a BA in Sociology.
I have completed advanced training in couples therapy and counselling skills, and my work is trauma-informed, supported by further specialist training in complex trauma.
Alongside my clinical training, I have explored the connection between sexuality, emotional life, and spirituality through studies in India and Europe, including work in Tantra and a year-long diploma in Sex, Emotional Intelligence and Spirituality.
I have also developed and delivered meditation courses and mindfulness workshops.
